No application will be accepted nor will any reservation be considered complete until all monies are on deposit with the City. All cancellations and requests for refund must be made at least one week in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all monies held by the City. There will be no exception to this policy. All monies are due and payable in full once the application has been approved.
