Let's find out. 1st place winner will receive a $100 gift card. 2nd place winner will receive a $50 gift card. 3rd place will win a $25 gift card. These are judged by a panel of evaluators. A People's choice winner will be decided by popular vote on Facebook from Dec. 16th - 20th. Judges' choice will be decided Dec. 20tj. All applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on December 13th. All entries must live within the city limits. All displays must be visible from the street view of the house.
