• $200 Cleaning fee (refundable Deposit if conditions met)
• $150 Usage Fee for 6 hrs
• $100 Deposit if alcohol is used (refundable Deposit if conditions met)
• $25 per hour for add’l usage fee over 6 hours

Non-Profits
